職位描述:
1.制定海外年度及月度工作計劃,帶領團隊完成銷售目標并達成預期
2.統籌銷售團隊的工作開展,指導銷售人員完成銷售業績和指標,并對業績進行跟蹤考核,提升員工的業績表現
3.負責公司國外銷售業務的拓展與維護,與客戶建立長期合作關系,確保項目的穩定推進
4.負責對重點客戶的拜訪、關系維護等管理工作,促進產品銷售,實現企業利益最大化
5.負責組織公司的市場營銷活動,推動市場推廣計劃的實施,提高產品知名度和客戶滿意度
6.組織編制公司的產品經營策略、銷售政策以及銷售管理制度,對下屬進行培訓和指導
7.協調內外部的關系,為公司發展創造更多的機會
8.完成上級領導交辦的其它工作任務
職位要求:
1.具有電力儲能或能源領域從業背景優先
2.本科及以上學歷,8年以上同崗管理經驗,其中5年以上儲能行業相關管理經驗
3.具有較強的人際交往溝通能力和組織協調能力,具有良好的職業素養
4.具有豐富的人脈資源和客戶關系,具備出色的談判技巧和市場開拓能力
5.具有很強的判斷與決策能力、執行力強、學習能力強,能承受較大的工作壓力
6.具有較強領導力和團隊管理能力,能調動和激勵團隊成員積極完成工作目標
